FAQ

Can we leave whenever we want to?

If you would like to leave before the two-hour time limit, please call us with 30 min. notice so we can meet you at the location to get our supplies. You are responsible for the picnic items until we come back to tear everything down and load it up. If you leave before we meet you at the location, you will have to pay for any damaged or stolen property.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds for cancellation, but if you just need to reschedule, please give us 72 hrs. notice and we will try our best to reschedule a time with you that works for everyone.

What if there is bad weather on the day of my picnic?

If we see that there is a chance of bad weather (rain, lightning, strong winds, etc.) 2 hours before your picnic time, we will contact you in order to try and reschedule your picnic to a time that will work for everyone.

Can I bring outside food and drink to my picnic?

Yes, you can! You’re welcome to bring whatever you like, but we do also provide a charcuterie board, lemonade, and water no matter what. We are not responsible for any food or drink that is brought by you to the picnic and cannot be held liable for anything that is not provided by us.

Can I bring alcohol to my picnic?

We do not provide alcohol at any of our picnics at this time. If you bring alcohol to your picnic, we cannot be held liable for anything that may happen at the picnic resulting from the consumption of alcohol. We advise caution, however, if considering bringing alcohol to a picnic in a public park or other public space and expect that all picnic-goers will remain orderly and responsible. Again, we will not be held liable for any harm or damage that occurs due to the consumption of alcohol.

Do I need to put a deposit down for my picnic?

Your picnic will be paid in full at the time of booking, so we do not require a deposit, unless given an invoice that specifies otherwise (usually for event decoration/larger parties).

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Payments will be made online through our website and can be made via credit or debit card (and PayPal if that is possible to do).

When will I hear from you after I book my picnic?

You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after you book your picnic on the website. However, allow up to 48 hours for us to reach out to you personally talk to you and confirm picnic details!

Can I bring my dog to my picnic?

Unfortunately, we kindly ask that you do not bring dogs to your picnic. While we love all dogs (and other pets too!), we ask that you refrain from bringing any pets with you, as this will help us keep our unique decorations and other equipment in the best shape possible.

Is a permit required to have the picnic in a public place?

Larger parties and specific locations may require permits, depending on the circumstances. We will contact you if a permit is required for your picnic.

Do I need to sign any waivers?

Yes, and any waivers you will need to sign will be sent to you in an email automatically at the time of your booking!

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, you will need to let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to substitute any items you can’t have for things that you can!
